Register Early. Space is limited.

Cancellations: If an alternate person takes your place in a seminar, please advise PSS two weeks prior to the seminar day. If you cancel one week prior to the seminar day, 100% of your seminar registration fee will be refunded. Otherwise, no refunds will be made.

HOTEL INFORMATION

If you live more than 100 miles from a chosen Product Fair location and you wish to reserve a hotel room for the night PRIOR to the Product Fair day please check the following:

I understand that one hotel room will be reserved for me the night PRIOR to the Product Fair based on availability.

Requests for reservations MUST be made 30 days prior to arrival date.  After this date, hotel reservations will not be guaranteed. Changes will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Fair day ONLY. The person named on the registration form must be one of the people staying in the room. Contact Shelia Eaglin (or 972.809.5055) to cancel within 72 hours prior to your arrival. You will be charged for cancellation not received within 72 hours of arrival. Additional room nights may be reserved at your own expense by calling hotel reservations. (Reference Product Fair Schedule)

I have read and understand the hotel registration policies.  PSS assumes hotel room and tax costs for one room on the day PRIOR to the Product Fair day ONLY.
